With a deep passion to see people transformed into who God has called and created them to be, Chris and Crystal Negron serve as the Campus Pastors of Encounter Church Quinlan. Their ministry is marked by a genuine love for God’s presence, a heart for people, and a strong commitment to developing disciples who live boldly for Jesus.

Before stepping into their role as Campus Pastors, Chris and Crystal faithfully invested more than 15 years in student ministry, pouring into the lives of the next generation and equipping young men and women to become difference-makers in their schools, homes, and future callings. Their leadership has always been centered on helping people discover their identity in Christ and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. 

On September 8, 2024, alongside Founding Pastors Chris and Tracy Binion and an incredible launch team, they said “yes” to God’s call and helped pioneer the launch of Encounter Church Quinlan. Since that day, they have led with faith, obedience, and a hunger for more of the Holy Spirit—refusing to settle for life or church as usual and continually moving forward into everything God has spoken.

Chris and Crystal’s marriage and ministry are powerful testimonies of unity, faithfulness, and joyful obedience. Together, they create an atmosphere where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to take their next step with Jesus. Their greatest desire is that every person who walks into Encounter Church Quinlan would encounter the Father, experience real life change, and step fully into their Kingdom assignment.
